This week our video tutorial focuses on how to change your gurgle account settings, including your user name, password and newsletter subscriptions. We'll also show you how to delete your gurgle profile, although we very much hope you'll never want to do that, of course!

To change your user name

It is not currently possible to change your own user name, however if you email info@gurgle.com we will do it for you.

 

To change your password

1. Log in to your gurgle account (if you have not registered an account yet, check out this video tutorial for instructions on how to do so for free)

 

2. Click on the My Profile tab near the top of the page to edit your account settings, or alternatively, if that tab is not visible, click on your user name at the very top of the page.

 

3. Scroll down to the password section and enter your new password, remembering to confirm it by re-typing it in the box on the right.

 

4. Click on Update Profile near the bottom to save your changes.

 

To change your newsletter subscriptions

1. Repeat steps 1 and 2 from above.

 

2. Scroll down to the newsletters section and tick or untick the relevant boxes.

 

3. Click on Update Profile near the bottom to save your changes.
